Order Process

Order cut off times

We dispatch orders twice a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Please make sure to order by 12 noon on Friday for products to be dispatched on Tuesday. Please order by 12 noon on Tuesday for products to be dispatched on Thursday. This allows us adequate time to process and pack your order.

Shipping Details

We use DPD to ship our orders. You should recieve email notifications at each stage of the process, including a tracking code once the order has been shipped. Please do ensure your email address and delivery address are correct at time of purchase.
